REVOLUTIONS

Exploring cycles of change, beauty in collapse, and the quiet violence beneath the surface.

Revolutions is a new body of work by Nade, tracing the turning points — both seen and unseen — that shape our lives and landscapes. Drawing on themes of decay, danger, and inevitable change, these works explore the subtle violence beneath beauty, and the beauty hidden in breakdown.

The title speaks to seasonal cycles and the quiet revolutions that happen when we burn away what no longer serves us.

Exhibition Dates: JULY 25 - AUG 3
Venue: Wynd Gallery, LGC

PETAL EPIDEMIC

From 12th to 25th May, the Wynd Gallery will feature The Petal Epidemic, by artist Nade Simmons. This mini exhibition explores the beauty and resilience of flowers—those delicate yet powerful blooms that symbolise both fragility and strength.

The collection includes large-scale works on canvas that celebrate the dramatic presence of petals, capturing their ephemeral nature with bold, expressive energy. Alongside these are original works on paper, offering a more intimate perspective. These pieces have emerged through a practice of foraging, sketching, and close observation—telling a quiet story of growth, decay, and the persistent force of nature.

Visitors will also find a selection of hand-painted original greetings cards and bookmarks, providing an opportunity to take home a small and personal piece from the exhibition.
